End User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, AISOLO Technologies Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Agentbeam software (“Software”) on devices you own or control, for your own internal use or your organization's internal use under a team plan.

An individual license covers use by a single named user across the devices they personally use. A team or enterprise license covers use by the number of seats purchased on your order, administered through your organization's cloud dashboard account.

You may install the Software on as many devices as reasonably necessary to exercise your license, provided concurrent use does not exceed your licensed seat count.

Except as expressly permitted by law or Section 4 below, you may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software to a third party
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices in the Software
• Use the Software to build a directly competing product
• Circumvent any license-seat or authentication mechanism in the Software

Portions of the Software are distributed under open-source licenses (for example, permissive or copyleft licenses covering specific packages or scanners). Where a component is open-source, the restrictions in Section 3 do not apply to that component to the extent they conflict with its published license, which controls for that component.

The Software records agent activity to local files on your device by default and does not transmit that data to us unless you enable cloud sync. See our Privacy Policy for the full description of what each component collects and when.

We may release updates to the Software to add features, fix bugs, or address security issues. Depending on the distribution channel, updates may install automatically or require your action. We recommend keeping the Software up to date to receive the latest scanning rules and security fixes.

This license terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement, or immediately upon your uninstallation of the Software. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete any copies in your possession, except for open-source components you retain rights to under their own license.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE SOFTWARE'S SCANNERS AND RULE MATCHES ARE HEURISTIC AND DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT A REVIEWED ACTION, CONFIGURATION, OR SKILL FILE IS SAFE. YOU REMAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING FLAGGED ITEMS AND FOR ALL ACTIONS TAKEN BY YOUR AGENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, CONSISTENT WITH SECTION 12 OF OUR Terms of Service.

You may not use or export the Software in violation of applicable export control or economic sanctions laws, including those of India and the United States, and you represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, a country subject to a comprehensive embargo, and are not on any restricted-party list.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, consistent with Section 15 of our Terms of Service.
